[xep-support] Multipage footnotes

Hi, 

I have some footnotes that could potentially be very long, and they are
split across multiple pages.  Is there any way that I can have some text
appear only on the additional pages, either static text like "continued", or
dynamic text, like a footnote number that I generate with XSLT?
