[xep-support] External Graphic URL woes...

I've run into a situation where the following works:

	<fo:external-graphic width="1.75in" src="url('images/logo.jpg')"/> 

But if I use a fully qualified URL as follows, it doesn't find the image

	<fo:external-graphic width="1.75in" 
src="url('http://localhost/myapp/images/logo.jpg')"/> 

If I enter the fully qualified URL in my browser, it does find the image 
fine.

We're using XEP 3.6.3 with Cocoon 2.1.2 (btw...I had to hack the XEP Cocoon 
Adapter to get it to work with the latest Cocoon version.  Glad to donate the 
code back if anyone wants it).

Any ideas?
