Perhaps, my question was unclear.
I was talking about the additionnal elements defined by RenderX in the
namespace xmlns:rx="http://www.renderx.com/XSL/Extensions "  to  "add
support for useful functionality that cannot be expressed by XSL Formatting
Objects" (cf   spec.pdf p.17. and that are defined as the first
child(deren) of the <fo:root>
