[xep-support] relative-align="baseline" in fo:table-cell

Gentlepeople,

XEP version 3.3 added support for relative-align="baseline" in 
fo:list-item.  The documentation (e.g., spec.pdf) for that version states 
that relative-align is:
Supported on ‹fo:list-item›. On ‹fo:table-cell› elements, falls back to 
relative-align="before".

Are there plans to provide support for relative-align="baseline" for 
fo:table-cell elements?
