[xep-support] bookmarks expansion

Right now, there is no way to specify it. The bookmarks
behave as follows: a top-level bookmark is expanded if
it has no top-level siblings; all others are collapsed.

OK, we will see how to implement this. I believe
it does not take much time; no commitment though.
