[xep-support] text-align with table-column tag

Each of your cell specifications need to have:

   text-align="from-table-column(text-align)"

in order to pull property value specifications from the table column 
specifications.

Inheritance in the object tree is only strictly through ancestors, and not 
through second cousins twice removed (or whatever the column specification 
might be).
