[xep-support] Strange delay at end of rendering

Johann,

I'm somewhat of a newbie here, but I noticed a similarly strange thing 
happen (with FOP) when I commented out a large section of my INPUT XML 
file. This wasn't yet confirmed, and did not have much testing yet.

Do you have large amounts of commented sections?
