[xep-support] Page breaks in tables with row spans

Thanks, David. I had hoped to find a better workaround than "turn off intermediate headers", since we do want to use that feature. I will look forward to the new implementation, whenever it may come. In the meantime, I'll talk to my people and decide the best way to proceed for now.
