[xep-support] Use of 'rx:background-content-width' attribute?

Hello Jacques,

Property 'rx:background-content-height' works fine then specified on
fo:region-body, however it makes our validator issue false warnings.
We will fix it it the next XEP release. Thanks for your feedback.
