[xep-support] page and vertical alignment justification

Hello,

Can the PDF generator dynamically calculate space between paragraphs and blocks
in order to justify the length of the page?  So basically for example, can the
text be "vertically justified" so that the spacing between the paragraphs are
such that the text fills the entire page?
