In its current shape, XEP only supports 8-bit Type1 fonts for PostScript 
output. We expect to implement embedding of TrueType fonts to
PostScript: this will enable processing of Chinese texts.  We don't have 
plans to add support PostScript CID fonts, unless the market proves 
us that they are useful.
