[xep-support] table reference-orientation

I'm trying to rotate my tables by 90 degrees so they appear landscape. Reference-orientation attribute on any of the table tags do nothing. I tried reference orientation in a fo:block-container which did result in rotated content but only got the first page worth of rows.

Any suggestions?
