[xep-support] XEP 3.04 available

Dear xep-support subscribers,

XEP 3.04 release is available from the xAttic shop (and from 

http://shop.xattic.com/extras.cgi 

for licensed users). This is a bugfix release, actually this release
fixes a build bug that caused NullPointerException.

A new feature release will follow in a few days.
