I've not been able to reproduce the problem you are experiencing.
Could you please send me your 1) custom fonts 2) fonts.xml files
off-list (to dvd at renderx.com). 

Yes, I'll send you download instructions off-list for the 3.02 version
unless we find a source and resolution of the problem rapidly.
