[xep-support] PDF Page Breaks

Hi

I want to be able to force an fo:block onto a new page.  I have tried using
the fo:block attribute of page-break-before="always".  This doesn't seem to
work and I get no error messages.

I am using version 2.2.1.  Is it that this attribute is not supported in
2.2.1?
