[xep-support] "fo:" prefix assumed?

I just downloaded the evaluation version of XEP.

I tried my own FO document but it didn't work. Apparently, XEP is assuming that every document comes with "fo:" prefix, which is not neccessarily true.

I turned off the validation, but it says "the markup in the document preceding the root element must be well-formed" and failed.

I'm pretty sure my FO document is correct as it can be processed by FOP.

Is there any way to parse a document without "fo:" prefix?
