[xep-support] PFM to AFM

I have PFM files for some Type 1 fonts that I've tried to convert to AFM
files using the AFM2PFM utility (I compiled the code for Win32). However, I
haven't had any success in using these files. They seem to be missing
crucial metrics info, and I'm not sure why. Is this a limitation of the
code? Certainly, with these generated AFM files, I've not gotten any PDF
output from XEP.
Does anyone have any tips on how to successfully convert PFM files? I wonder
if the lack of AFM files is an issue with the Windows distribution of Adobe
fonts files.
I am enclosing one PFM converted to AFM.
