Ektan,

firstly, your pdf examples appear to be generated by FOP. This list is about
XEP, a different product, and deficiencies of FOP are not subject  to discuss
on this list.

Secondly, please please avoid sending binary (pdf) attachments to the list.
Different people have different bandwidths, it can be a problem for some.

Finally, size of dots in leader-pattern="dots" is determined by font size for the element. 
dashed lines are also described erroneously. You may find it useful to read the tutorial
availabel from our website, www.renderx.com.
