[xep-support] Combining Type 1 fonts

Thank you David! I remember having read about this somewhere in the XEP manuals
of version 2, but I can't seem to find it anymore. I've only now discovered that
it is possible to enumerate fonts in the font-family property. It's simply CSS2...
