[xep-support] white-space-treatment ignored in inline elements

I am still not convinced that they are appilcable to inline elements.
Instead, and that was discussed several times before, the most natural
interpretation of the recommendation is that they are only applicable
to blocks. 

However, since I am pushed by too many to make them work on inlines, I am going
to do it in 3.1. This is clearly stated on the demo page.
