[xep-support] Transformaing from a source vocabulary to XSL formatting Objects

Hi 
can anoyone tell me if it's possible to transform from a source vocabulary to XSL formatting objects?  My problem is that I have an XML form, parts of which are filled in automatically to reflect each users answers in response to a set of questions.  

Thus, so the form can be printed out I need to be able to automatically transform the source vocabulary into XSL formatting objects and from there into PDF format.

Your help would be very much appreciated.
