[xep-support] Does XEP support right-to-left text?

The functionality itself has been already implemented and tested
(on Hebrew), with satisfactory results. However, the release 
schedule depends on many factors, not all of them being 
of technical nature. I believe that three months is a good 
estimate of the time needed to wrap XEP 3.0; yet the actual 
release may slip past this date due to a variety of reasons. 
I am not in the position to make any commitment about 
the exact release date; please don't consider my opinion
as binding for RenderX.
