[xep-support] Running XEP

If you use Windows, you can do like this:

1. Make the run.bat file avalible in your PATH envoriment variable, either
by moving it to a folder in the PATH or by adding your XEP folder to your
PATH. I use to rename it to xep.bat instead.

2. Prepare your FO file, as described in the tutorial.

3. Open a command-line window and write:

xep <your-file-here>

Then sit back and watch how XEP makes the PDF file, or watch cryptic error
messages flash by. :-)

David or Nikolai, perhaps you should rename the .bat file in the
distribution? Having a command called "xep" makes more sence for the
average user I think.
