[xep-announce] XEP 3.8.4 is available

Dear XEP-announce subscribers,

XEP/XEP.NET 3.8.4 is available for download. This maintenance 
release fixes problems  in SVG processing and PDF generation discovered 
since version 3.8.3. In particular, the following issues are addressed: 

 - SVG text spans with only one absolute coordinate are handled correctly;
 - Linearization never corrupts Unicode PDF bookmarks;
 - PDF embedding becomes more robust.

As usual, users of previous XEP 3.x versions can obtain 
the fresh package from http://shop.xattic.com/extras.cgi.
