[xep-announce] XEP 3.8.1 is available

Dear XEP-announce subscribers, 

XEP/XEP.NET 3.8.1 is available for download. This is a maintenance 
release that fixes defects discovered since XEP 3.8.1,  and adds 
improvements to increase code robustness. In particular, it 
addresses the following issues:

- Width and height on fo:block elements is now duly ignored;

- In XEP.NET, empty attributes and blank spaces outside the root node
  don't cause a null reference exception;

- In PDF generator, linearized PDFs are compatible with Acrobat 5.x.

As usual, users of previous XEP 3.x versions can obtain 
the fresh package from http://shop.xattic.com/extras.cgi.
