[xep-announce] XEP 3.6.1 is released

Dear XEP-announce subscribers,

because of a build error, XEP 3.6 released two days ago has SVG 
rendering erroneously disabled. We prepared an updated version, 
XEP 3.6.1; please update the software if you use SVG graphics.
