[xep-announce] XEP 3.6.4 is released

Dear XEP-announce subscribers,

XEP 3.6.4 is now available for download. This is a maintenance release 
that fixes a number of minor problems detected since XEP 3.6.3.
As usual, users of previous versions of XEP 3.x can download the
updated distribution from http://shop.xattic.com/extras.cgi.
