XEP 3.03 available

Dear xep-announce subscribers,

XEP 3.03 is available from shop.xattic.com. This is a maintenance
release with a few bugfixes and touchups, the major ones are:


- keeps and breaks now work correctly inside nested tables; 

- com.renderx.xep.BASE property put back into place (setting 
  base URL for documents with no source SystemIDs).
   
Users with version 3 licenses (whether trial or commercial) may
downloaded the updated distribution from

http://shop.xattic.com/extras.cgi

A license key (license.txt) must be uploaded to get access to
the files.
