[xep-announce] XEP 3.13 is available

Dear xep-announce susbscribers,

this is to inform you that RenderX XEP version 3.13 is available.
It is a manitenance release that fixes bugs discovered since 
XEP 3.12 was released. Most significant fixes:

- markers work back (support for markers was accidentally broken in 3.12);
- minor problems in list processing resolved;
- documentation updated.

Moreover, two features are disabled:

- support for inserting 'setpagedevice' is left out for a moment;
- subsetting for Type1 fonts is disabled.

Licensed users may download the updated distribution from

Please have your license key (license.txt) ready, you will be
asked to upload it to the server to get access to the downloads.
