[xep-announce] XEP v3.14 is available

Dear xep-announce subscribers,

RenderX XEP v 3.14 is available. This is a maintenance release in 3.1 
branch. It fixes a few bugs found since the release of 3.13. Some of
fixes where delivered to users as separate jar's; some were only
found and reported internally.

Changes summary:

- leader-length is computed relative to line-area's width
- column-balancing algorithm is improved
- markers work properly on inlines
