[xep-announce] XEP Version 3 Web preview available

Dear xep-announce subscribers,

a web preview of the coming (soon!) new major release of XEP is available
at

The web page both contains a set of nice FO examples and let visitors try and
format their own .FO files. 

Please give it a try; feedback is welcome. Links to a brief description and a list
of new features are at the right side of the file input box.
